What this is

The Analytics-Plan Generator turns an organization's context and priorities into the models that matter and a value-of-information (VOI)-ranked analytics plan — so a people-analytics team works on the highest-leverage questions first, not whatever is easiest to measure. Built on the factor-models spoke (0.3.0).

How it works

org context + leadership priorities
   → candidate latent factors / models that matter
   → VOI ranking (what would change a decision, and by how much)
   → a sequenced analytics plan

What it composes

  • Latent-factor modeling (factor-models) — which constructs actually drive the priorities.
  • VOI-ranked measurement recommendation (forecasting) — what to measure next, ranked by decision impact.
