What this is

The Leadership Index is a composed Product that scores leaders on predictive acuity (how well their judgments forecast outcomes) plus three-way directional alignment (up, down, and lateral). It turns dispersed rater and forecast signals into one comparable leadership measure. Built on the manager-effectiveness spoke (1.2.0).

What it composes

  • Rater + directional alignment (performance-validity) — up/down/lateral agreement.
  • Interval calibration + Bayesian source-combination (forecasting) — predictive acuity from calibrated judgments.
  • Manager-effectiveness scoring across domains, keyed by tenant × employee × cycle.
